I’ve been coming here for about a year now and absolutely love this gym! They always great you and have positive attitudes! The equipment is so much better than most gyms I’ve been too, the locker rooms are always clean and the staff is just wonderful. Very family oriented and I am happy I joined! My bf was traveling from afar and they were very accommodating to letting him have free passes. The food is fantastic and I love their muffins! I do wish they had a cold plunge but I still enjoy all the other amenities! This life time is great!

Life Time Princeton has been one of the best wellness and fitness experiences for me. I mainly use the swimming pool once a week along with the sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. The facility is always clean, spacious, and well maintained. The environment is calm, relaxing, and motivating. Highly recommended for anyone looking for more than just a regular gym.

My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Cameron Khalid, the Membership Concierge Leader at Life Time Fitness in Princeton, NJ. We wanted to recognize the outstanding service we received. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us with our membership. He took the time to walk us through everything, clearly answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood our options. We never felt rushed, as he made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s not often you come across someone working with customers who truly cares. His support made a big difference and left us feeling confident and valued as members. We truly appreciate his help and hope he gets the recognition he deserves for such exceptional service. Thank you so much Cameron!!!

For ~$290/month, I expected a much more elevated experience at Life Time Princeton—especially compared to Equinox. No matter what time of day you come—morning, afternoon, or evening- the gym is consistently overcrowded. It feels like memberships have been oversold, which takes away from what should be a premium environment. The weight floor, in particular, is frustrating. Members frequently leave weights on machines, and there’s little to no staff presence to maintain order or offer guidance. At this price point, I would expect a visible floor team helping with equipment, answering questions, and keeping things running smoothly. If your focus is legs or glutes, be prepared to wait. Key machines like the leg press and glute machines are almost always occupied, often with a line. It makes it difficult to get an efficient workout in. The food situation doesn’t help justify the cost either. A small salad with about 4 ounces of chicken runs ~$22—and you’ll likely still leave hungry. For a facility positioned as premium, both value and portion size miss the mark. Overall, the facility itself is nice, but the overcrowding, lack of floor support, and poor value don’t justify the price

Lifetime Review (Nightmare Edition) The white towels are so worn out they’re basically translucent. Pool water is cloudy as hell — straight-up dirty. Showers barely trickle with random hair chunks stuck on the walls. Family room showers smell like straight urine. Hot tub water is nasty with 10 inches of foam building up. But don’t worry… they renovated the second floor! Oh, and I ordered a bowl with chicken. Tasted super funky and spoiled. I threw up in 10 minutes. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
